- Invoiced = sum of non-void invoice totals (draft and sent).
- Collected = sum of non-void payment records.
- Outstanding = Invoiced − Collected (this product never uses the R-word for money metrics).
- Appearance / payable fees are never invoices and are excluded from every figure here.
- Aging uses each invoice due date vs event-local today; undated dues sit in current.

Sellable excludes unavailable inventory (pillars, fire exits). Filled = held + assigned.
